Proposal of a new real estate development in Juan Dolio

February 03, 2015

The launching took place in Marmotech event facilities, and was hosted by Interra Live Towers’ senior executives, Manuel Diez and Fernando Cantisano, who shared with guests the unique characteristics of this new project, ideal for living or vacation.

Interra Live Towers is the promoter of this project, which will become the new face of Juan Dolio. Aquarella Juan Dolio is a 23-story, 257-foot high tower designed by the renowned Venezuelan architect Francisco Feaugas.

Feaugas highlighted, among other unique characteristics of his design, the special feature of all 107 apartments in the tower, without exception, enjoying a full view of the warm waters of the Caribbean Sea from the master bedroom of each apartment.

Just 45 minutes from the city of Santo Domingo, Aquarella is a building that combines modernity and respect for nature through the generation of its own electricity for the common areas, thanks to the installation of solar panels.

In addition to its vertical gardens in the parking area, there are low-consumption air conditioners for each apartment, and availability of parking for bicycles.

All these features make Aquarella an "Eco Friendly Condo."
