Diesco Beverages

The Diesco Beverages business unit started in Puerto Rico in the mid-1990s as an important business focus for the distribution of packaging products. Given the astonishing success of the activities on the island, the next step was to establish a manufacturing base for the local production of those products with greater direct demand in the Puerto Rican market; thus, PacTech International was acquired.

Diesco Beverages continued to growth firmly, and in 2012 acquired the total assets of Cristalia Premium Water, while significantly expanding its physical facilities, thus becoming the largest local manufacturer and bottler of non-alcoholic beverages in Puerto Rico, and at the same time playing a key role in the sale and distribution of the Group’s different products, both in Puerto Rico and throughout the Caribbean Basin.
